NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 22, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated July 22, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA3853, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RZ5 is Plaintiff, and ADRIANA GAMERO; OSCAR GAMERO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, HIGH POINT MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 88A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
