NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-09-CA-008824-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB, n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., and ROBERT CRAM a.k.a ROBERT A. CRAM, KRISTINE A. CRAM and THE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF CYPRESS COVE, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter on July 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 68, CYPRESS COVE SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 141-148, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
