Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in PASCO County, Florida described as:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 26 South, Range 18 East, lying North of Leonard Road; Less the West 645 feet and being at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 26 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County Florida and run thence North 89°46' East 94.5 feet along the North boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 25; thence South 0°37' East 317.35 feet to the center line of Leonard Road; thence Westerly along the center line of Leonard Road to an intersection with the West boundary of said Section 25; thence Northerly along the West boundary of said Section 25 to the Point of Beginning.
