NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2010 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-003124-ES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and MARIA T. CABALLERO; ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 27th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 37, BLOCK L, CHAPEL PINES-PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 106 THROUGH 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
