THE SOUTH 65.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 144.52 FEET OF THE EAST 165.0 FEET OF TRACT 20, AS PER MAP OR PLAT OF ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55.
