UNIT 188, MYRTLE TRACE AT THE PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1651, PAGE 608, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGE 46, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 310 North Pembroke Lane, Venice, Florida 34293, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on JUNE 28, 2012, at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
