NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-007955-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Georgios I. Pternitis are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on June 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 142, THE ESTATES OF BEACON WOODS GOLD AND COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 77 THROUGH 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
