NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above noted case that I will sell the following Real Property in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
East 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida. Together with an easement for ingress and egress over the South 40 feet of West 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of said Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, and over the South 40 feet of Southwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of said Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, as described in Official Records Instrument Number 2000007103, Official Records Instrument Number 2000007104 and Official Records Instrument Number 2000007105, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT portion of the aforesaid property taken for road right-of-way for DeSoto Road as described in the certain Stipulated Amended Order of Taking and Final Judgment recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2008013675, Stipulated Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2007185094, Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2007185099, Amended Stipulated Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 2666, Page 1936 and Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2007073851, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Property Address: 5470 Desoto Road, Sarasota, Florida (“property or Real Property”)
Together with all the improvements erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures a part of the property.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Sarasota County Courthouse via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 17th day of August, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of sale by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
