NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005713-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALEKSANDER SYKU; KRISTINA M. SYKU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHELLE WALT, TENANT #2 N/K/A JAMES HANLEY, and TENANT #3 N/K/A SHAWN BOLLMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES
