NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007CA006787WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, CLEARVUE OPPORTUNITY XV, LLC is Plaintiff and PATRICIA GOFF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA GOFF, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AUTUMN OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, AUTUMN OAKS, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 30 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
