NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 9th day of July, 2012, at 11:00am at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
The certain Condominium parcel described as Unit 5B1, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of PARADISE LAKES, PHASE III, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. book 1845, page 1196, of and amendments thereto and the Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 143 through 152, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
