NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004127-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and GEORGE G. BOSTON; MARGARET L. BOSTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKESIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 297, LAKESIDE PHASE 1A, 2A & 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 27 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
