NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-010958-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and BILL BALNTAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILL BALNTAS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; WYNDTREE PHASE 2 ASSN., INC.; WYNDTREE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE CORP. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41 OF WYNDTREE PHASE 2 REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 69 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED 08/29/03 IN OFFICLA RECORDS BOOK 5515, PAGE 1104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED 06/28/95 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3443, PAGE 236, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLROIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
