NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-013041-SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Carl M. Prinner II and Jillian N. Prinner, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on October 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2640, OF THE 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13, 13-A THROUGH 13-NN, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
