NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001656, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and KARIN M. GUTIERREZ, AMERICAN DREAM BUILDERS, INC., RUBEN GUTIERREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 25 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 76, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT 45 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
