Reed a/k/a Patricia Reed and Dennis R. Pine are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on August 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 121, DESOTO LAKES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
