NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003945 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA10 is the Plaintiff and JURGEN J. STEYER; BAERBEL STEYER; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER CARTER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KEVIN CARTER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 25 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
