NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-005720 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC , SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MARK P. BENNETT; SIESTA SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY A. BENNETT, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 15, SIESTA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1446, PAGE 315, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 6, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 36, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
