NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-05151, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GABI REUVEN; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GABI REUVEN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JEFF LEMIEUX; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2544, FIFTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE (S) 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
