notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-02150 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Steven C. Tracy, Victoria A. Tracy a/k/a Victoria Tracy, Pepperwood of Naples Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT D-203, PEPPERWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 977, PAGE 804, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
