notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 07 4094 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Washington Mutual Bank, Plaintiff and Morton D. Potashnick are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. June 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 7, MANGO CAY AT THE STRAND, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3710, PAGES 2235, ET., SEQ., AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
