NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-010459, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE MANHATTAN BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB 2003-7 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN L. LEE; INDYMAC BANK, FSB; DEBORAH M. LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 760 AND THE WESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 761, ENGLEWOOD GARDENS, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 45 THRU 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
