NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58 2009 CA 006545 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH1, is the Plaintiff and GUY W. TREIN; ELEANOR B. HAYES; VICTORIA L. TREIN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 683, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THEREFROM, PART THEREOF TAKEN FOR ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2551, PAGE 1104 OF SAID RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
