NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 0-0604-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER ANDREWS
A/K/A JENNIFER SCHAFER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER ANDREWS A/K/A JENNIFER SCHAFER; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 25 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 27, BLOCK 6, OF NAPLES PARK, UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
