Book 1369, Page 484, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 37, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. TOGETHER WITH a 1987 Cres doublewide mobile home, ID#14603027A & 14603027B. With the following street address: 3041 Short Leaf Street, Zephyrhills, Florida, 33543.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 17, 2012.
