Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-2694 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

thence South 88 degrees 30' 20” East 13.21 feet;
