NOTICE is given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated on the 24 day of May, 2012, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash - at the Collier County Courthouse- sale will be in the atrium, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 at 11:00 am on the 28th day of June, 1012, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
The West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, less S. R. 858, a/k/a Radio Road, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
