NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4 day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-005226, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and KATHERYN MORENO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERYN MORENO, JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 28 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lots 1 and 2, Block A, FRANK'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 3, Page 61, of the Pubic Records of Collier County Florida, less and except the following described parcel:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block “A”, FRANK'S SUBDIVISION, also being the intersecting point of the Northerly right-of-way of 28th Avenue North and the Westerly right-of-way of 10th Street; thence Northerly along the Westerly Right-of-Way of 10th Street North for a distance of 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence continue Northerly along said Westerly Right-of-Way for a distance of 61.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 2;
Thence Westerly along the North line of Lots 1 and 2, Block “A”, for a distance of 120.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 1:
Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Lot 1 for a distance of 64.00 feet;
Thence Easterly for a distance of 120.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
