Mathey a/k/a Auguste Mathey and Jennifer Reilly Mathey a/k/a Jennifer Mathey are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on September 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 109, SPRING OAKS, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 47, 47A THROUGH 47C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
