Unit A-101, Phase 1, MARLIN GATE CENTER FOR COMMERCE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument #2006056539, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 39 at Page 14 through 14D, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2331 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34240.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on June 25, 2012.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
