NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2011 and an Order Rescheduling Sale dated May 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 016613 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and CARLOS G. CASTELLANOS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE n/k/a JAVIER MARTINEZ, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 21st day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 AND 15, BLOCK D, REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
