LOTS 17116 AND 17117, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on July 27th, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
