NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 007451 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and PATTI JO MINA A/K/A PATTI MINA F/K/A PATTI JO HOLLNAGEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATTI JO MINA A/K/A PATTI MINA F/K/A PATTI JO HOLLNAGEL; THOMAS C. HOLLNAGEL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JERRI BERMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM June 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, OF RESUBDIVISION OF AMENDED PLAT OF BLOCKS “E” AND “F” OF RIVERWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
