Statement of Marketable Title Action to the attention of all Lot Owners
and Members Willow Springs
Homeowners Association, Inc.
At a properly called Board of Directors' meeting held at 11:00 a.m. at the East Village Master Association Clubhouse, 3000 East Village Drive, Venice, FL 34293, on April 16, 2012, Willow Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) through its Board of Directors took action by way of a Board of Director vote to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Willow Springs, a subdivision, recorded in Official Records Book 1943, Page 1882, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burdening the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association caused the Certificate of Notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in Instrument #2012067008 the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida on May 25, 2012. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
