NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011401 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-IM2 is Plaintiff and HECTOR A. GOMEZ; ________ GOMEZ, unknown spouse of HECTOR A. GOMEZ, if married; DAYSI GOMEZ; JOHN DOE and; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELCTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION dba IMPAC LENDING GROUP; CLERK OF COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 536, DESOTO LAKES, UNIT NO. 9, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
