NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010265 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and MICHAEL NEVELUS A/K/A MICHAEL J. NEVELUS; STACIE D. OPDYKE NEVELUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STONEHAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 20-104, STONEHAVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INTSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007006160, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATIONS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALSO TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
