OF THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15589, PAGE 1308, AS AMENDED BY SCRIVENER`S AFFADAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15605, PAGE 686, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
