NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 005737 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC,, is Plaintiff, and DENNY REED BICKEL AKA DENNY BICKEL; AMANDA J. GRADOS AKA AMANDA GRADOS; REGIONS BANK; MAXINE YODER; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 261, OF SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
