Notice is given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 12-CC-006435, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are LATOSHIA S. WILLIAMS and RODNEY C. JONES, SR., I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 P.M. on July 13, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 40, Block 3, Kings Lake Phase 1A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 80, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 12935 Kings Lake Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
