and commonly known as: 3312 CARSON OAKS LANE, PLANT CITY, FL 33565; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 28, 12 at 10:00 AM.
