NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-019956, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff, CLYDE R. SNODGRASS; BRIANNE SNODGRASS; SUNTRUST BANK; NATIONAL CITY BANK; PELICAN POINTE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m., on June 25, 2012, located on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida.
