NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-003575, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LELAND S. MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LELAND S. MILLER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONPOINT A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; SYMMES GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 25 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK B, SYMMES GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE(S) 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 11725 Ivy Flower Loop, Riverview, FL 33569.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
