NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2010, and entered in 09-CA-030797 DIV.B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE OLDER FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-R10, ASSETT-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10,, is the Plaintiff and REBECCA LYON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA LYON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2pm on June 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 8, EL PORTAL. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
