and commonly known as: 13915 BASIN STREET, TAMPA, FL 33625; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 25, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
