NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2012, entered in Case No. 08-CA-012506 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2005-31, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-31 is the Plaintiff and Eduardo Maurizi; Unknown Spouse of Eduardo Maurizi; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a nominee for Countrywide Bank, a Division of Treasury Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 2:00 PM, on June 28, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 131 FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
