AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and MARIE B. HYACINTHE A/K/A MARIE HYACINTHE A/K/A MARIE BIBIANE HYACINTHE; ERNEST HYACINTHE A/K/A ERNST HYACINTHE; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E.
