NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-15688 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27 day of June, 2012, at: 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, WALDEN LAKE, UNIT 25-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED NI PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
