NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-016934-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and IRVIN VELEZ, KELLIEANN FIGUEROA and WILFREDO FIGUEROA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 28th day of June, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 BLOCK A, AZALEA PARK, SECTION 14, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 165.26 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF AFORESAID SOUTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, THENCE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY 129.80 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, THENCE EAST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
