NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-15661, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURED TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-1, CALABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and JOHN L. HORTON; FAIRWAY GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC.; KAREN S. HORTON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of July, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, PHASE V, FAIRWAY GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5171, PAGE 2411, AS AMENDED IN THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGE 132, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
