NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006221-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and MAURO CASSANELLLI; CITY OF BELLE ISLE, FLORIDA; LINDA CASSANELLI; LEONARD CASSANELLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEONARD CASSANELLI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10 day of July, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 60 AND 61, BLOCK E, VENETIAN GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK L, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
